Volunteer for Oyster Shell Recycling
We are assisting Dr. Jennifer Pollack of the Harte Research Institute with a volunteer based oyster recycling project. Successful reclamation of oyster shells and use of these shells in fisheries habitat restoration in our bays will provide new opportunities for marine resource conservation coast-wide in the state of Texas.
